Projects

Outside In is developing a range of projects aimed at helping people to explore world literature. One or our main projects for 2009 was 'Reading Round the World'(see link) which brought international authors, illustrators and translators to the UK.

Working with international writers and illustrators, these unique events take place in schools, libraries and bookshops and use innovative new approaches to offer children (and those who work with them) an insight into the diversity of books from around the world.

We have also already run a number of pilot workshops (see images below).
